At Sparks & Spice Studio, we strive to create unforgettable experiences filled with music, dancing, and socializing for teenagers and adults alike. However, we want to ensure that you understand and accept the potential risks involved in participating in our events.

By signing this waiver form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. You voluntarily participate in Sparks & Spice Studio events and activities, understanding the potential risks involved, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage.
  2. You release Sparks & Spice Studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of your participation in our events.
  3. You grant Sparks & Spice Studio the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during our events for promotional purposes, without compensation or further consent.
  4. You understand that while Sparks & Spice Studio takes reasonable measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, accidents and unforeseen circumstances may still occur.
  5. You agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Sparks & Spice Studio staff during our events.
  6. You certify that if you are under the age of 18 you have obtained any necessary parental or guardian consent to participate in our events.
